Collection Quality & Expectation:
The STARHAVEN by Liz Donahue Collection is designed of the highest quality oxidized sterling silver and 18k gold with all natural gemstones. Each piece is designer stamped for authenticity and is packaged in its own custom STARHAVEN travel pouch with a designer authenticity card inside.

Care of your STARHAVEN piece:
A silver polishing cloth and silver polishing paste are the only cleaning methods to properly care for your piece. Never dip your STARHAVEN piece in jewelry cleaner or silver cleaning solution since it will immediately cause damage to the oxidation and natural gemstones. Customer damaged jewelry caused by jewelry cleaner or silver jewelry solution cleaners will not be warranted.

Warranty:
The STARHAVEN company is dedicated to superior quality of its products and warranty all pieces against any possible manufacture defects. However, solution damaged or worn jewelry that shows any signs of customer wear, scratches or cracks, are not warranted or returnable.

Returns:
Returns require an RA number. Contact the concierge for an RA number in order to properly return your item for refund. Returns are refundable within 7 days of shipment receipt. Items must be without solution damage, wear or scratches and must be in its original packaging with original packing slip inside. Once item is returned and the RA number checked, a full refund excluding shipping charges will be processed within 3 business days. Returns must be trackable via UPS or FedX. STARHAVEN is not responsible for any lost or untrackable returns through the post office. Please use return address on your packing slip.
